Most of our work is residential, workplace, cultural and hospitality, with a growing share of adaptive reuse. We also take on a small number of urban strategies and research commissions each year. We are less interested in category than in the quality of the question.
As early as possible — ideally before the site is purchased or the brief is fixed. The most valuable work often happens in the first conversations, when the constraints are still movable. We are happy to walk a site with you before any fee is discussed.
Yes. Our studios in Copenhagen, Milan and London allow us to work across Europe, and we have completed projects in the UK, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. For projects further afield we consider each enquiry individually, with a clear conversation about site presence.
We work on a fixed fee for defined stages, agreed at the outset and tied to a clear scope. For early feasibility or advisory work we charge a simple day rate. We are transparent about what each stage includes, and we never begin a stage without written agreement.
Often, yes. We are glad to act as design lead, peer reviewer or interiors partner alongside another architect, and we have long relationships with contractors across the regions we work in. Clarity about roles at the start is the main thing.
